How to identify yours: look for the Copperfield stamp on the crown’s underside or along the drip edge. If the stamp is weathered off, measure the outside dimensions of your chimney top and the diameter of each flue tile. Copperfield crowns are cast in standard outside dimensions (most commonly 16″ x 16″, 20″ x 20″, or 24″ x 24″) with flue openings cut to order. We match those measurements when we cast.

On the OEM versus aftermarket question: Copperfield’s factory crowns are good quality, but after 15 to 20 Connecticut winters they all fail the same way.
